Before and After


This adorable side table scored on Craigslist was handmade by someone in the fifties.....how do I know, well it is signed and dated on the bottom. Sweet.  I painted it with Annie Sloan's chalk paint in Provence, then waxed.  LOVE IT!

Love it too!! I'm on to the whole turquoise look! So did you prime this with anything before painting? And what do you mean you waxed it? You inspire me everyday Kristina and I hope that I can show you somehting soon! Can't wait to see some more projects and congrats to your blog blossoming!

@Rosy, I didn't prime! The paint I used is called chalk paint, expensive but worth every penny because you don't have to prime or sand at all. As for wax, this is my "sealer" instead of using poly or something else. I hope I can really stick with this and make it work for the family. Love ya.
